The Land Thomas Ulmer Loved

Thomas's house was directly in front of where this photo was taken. It was burned down and removed from the property a few years prior to this photo being taken in Sept., 2003.

This photo was taken near the northwest corner of his property. The white gravel road to the left, heading down to the far tree line ( which are trees along the One Hundred and Two Mile River ) is the north edge of where his property started. The trees and river far beyond are the east edge of his property. The water you see is a large pond, the river is way on down by the continuing tree line, from left to right, of the photo area.

The small gray and white buildings in the far left ( where the tree line meets the sky in this photo ) is Hopkins, MO.
