Jacob's Land Grant of Sept. 17, 1774

The document below states this description and location where Jacob Ulmer's land was located. It states:

"One hundred fifty acres in Amelia Township on High Hill Creek, bounding South West on Edward Jackson's land. North West on Michael Ulmer's land. North East part on George Christopher Greenland's land, and partly on old Survey, South East on vacant land."

I plated this location on a "Master Plat of Amelia Township". All individual's lands mentioned are shown on that plat map, except Jacob's 150 acres he received in 1774. The "Master Plat Map" is most likely not drawn to any actual scale, as this below document would indicate Jacob's 150 acres to be between Edward Jackson's land and Christopher Greenland's land, and above (or on top of, per the drawing) of Michael Ulmer's land. (See my note at the top half of the Amelia plat map, toward the upper left corner.) As the old map is drawn, there does not seem to be room to draw an area that would represent 150 acres in-between the others' lands. However this document (below) does indicate it to have been so.
