Ulmer 2005 (Pickering, MO.) Family Reunion
September 11, 2005

The 2005 Ulmer Family reunion was held at Pickering, MO. on September 11. Around 100 people total, many from several different states, attended. Ulmer family members from the Blacketer, Edwards, Wilmes, Webb, Eberspacher, White, Farnam, Waugh, Kempf, Roberts, Ellison, Scoville, Sheley, and many other members (all Ulmer descendants) met each other at the event.

The day before the reunion, many family members met and visited cemeteries, where our ancestors are buried. We also visited the Hopkins Museum, and was able to visit and look at some of the history about the area where our ancestors lived. Some toured the back roads, seeing where their families used to live.

Because of the large number of people attending I did not attempt to take a group photo. 

Some family members had not seen each other for over 50 years, others had never had the chance to meet before the reunion. Many members now may stay in touch via the Internet, exchanging information from things like "Just Hello" to sharing information about our family's present, and past. If you missed this reunion, you missed a nice reunion.
