Old Cabin at Pigeon Roost, Indiana

This photo shows one of the old cabins built around 1831 at Pigeon Roost, Indiana. Although this cabin was built some 19 years after the attack on the settlers by a band of Shawnee Indians in 1812, the photo shows us some about how the pioneer's houses were built and looked.
